Partial Wedding and Event Planning Package | Starts at $2,500
We take over when you decide you're overwhelmed (at any stage in the planning process). sometimes you bite off more than you can chew...and that's where we jump in. Open communication is a key concept in our planning philosophy, but this package includes a little more hands on help until your big day, letting you tell us exactly which areas you need Assistance with.
**Pricing is based on guest count, location of event, and event details.**
Visit to Ceremony/Reception Locations
Prior to your event we will visit any locations on the schedule and will outline the logistics needed to coordinate your timeline. We will introduce ourselves to the venue management and ensure they have our contact information so you can step out of the planning ring.
To say we're nit-picky is an understatement. One month before the event, we will schedule a 2hr meeting with you to create a detailed timeline and provide it to all of your vendors at least two weeks out from your event date. We will also introduce ourselves to all vendors involved to make sure they know to contact us with any questions or concerns. This means we will coordinate everyone on your special day, so you don't have to.
We would be delighted to refer vendors that compliment your event and fit within your budget. We have made some lasting relationships throughout the industry and would love to recommend you to some of our favorites!
Contracts are boring. We will take the time to review each contract and outline must haves required by the client to each vendor. With this we will also provide unlimited communication via phone & email with you and vendors to ensure we're all on the same page.
1 Month Out Meeting
At this point, it's time to get serious! We'll sit down with you and create the timeline mentioned earlier and discuss the details about the venue and your vendors.
2 Week Out Meeting
We're getting close! 2 weeks before the big day we will have a meeting to touch base, finalize any changes and alleviate any concerns you might have.
In addition to the items listed above, you may customize this package to include an additional 20+ hours of our time. We will work with you to allocate this time in the areas you are most concerned with. Upon signing the contract, we will confirm with you where you want to spend this additional time. We have listed the most common areas below to help you narrow down a custom package.
Detailed Budget & Management
We will work with you to break your total budget down into each category necessary to create your event. We keep you informed throughout the planning process of your budget and will remind you of upcoming payments that need to be made to outside vendors.
Research Venue Location/Attend Visits
Atlanta is our stomping ground, we would love to help you find the perfect venue for your event. One of our event representatives will attend up to 4 venue introductions. Hoping for an out of town event? Not a problem, we have tons of contacts throughout the Southeast and can help you research other venues efficiently.
We'll pull out on the stops with this package. We'll help you select stationary items such as invitations, menu cards, and escort cards; we can also work with your chosen caterer to create a menu or signature drinks for your event. We want to make sure every detail exudes your event.
Event Design & Décor Blueprint
We know you've started a Pinterest board - and we'd love to see it! Share with us what you love, whether it's a simply bouquet detail or something totally over the top - we want to know what makes you smile. Even if you don't have a single idea yet, we'll talk about some of your likes and dislikes and go from there. We'll create a custom design plan unique to your event. This can include floor plans, sketches and custom touches.
Accommodations & Transportation
Research and negotiate transportation and accommodations for you and your guests, including hotels and limo's (or a FurBus!). We can also include guest baskets (priced separately) and hand deliver them to your out of town guests' hotel rooms.
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
Create layout for ceremony with officiant. Create seating chart template for family. Direct wedding rehearsal with one assistant.
Day of Wedding Coordination
THE BIG DAY IS HERE! Our Senior wedding coordinator and 2 assistants will be in attendance to keep your event running smoothly all day. We will Assist the Bride, Groom, Family, & Bridal Party throughout the day. A detailed walk-thru will take place prior to the event starting by senior event planner to ensure all setup is completed correctly.
